Cleveland Marathon Selected as 2024 Best of Cleveland Winner

CLEVELAND - (September 26, 2024) — The Cleveland Marathon announced today its selection as a “Best of Cleveland 2024 Reader Pick” in the Race/Fun Run category. The Best of Cleveland awards are an annual celebration of northeast Ohio’s most outstanding events, restaurants, bars and other activities.

“This is a really inspiring list to be a part of,” said Race Director Ralph Staph. “From incredible dining, to world-class cultural institutions, museums, and other historical treasures, Cleveland has it all. It means a lot to be featured alongside these Cleveland landmarks and we’re so pleased we get to welcome people from around the world to come race and enjoy The Land each year.”

Registration is open for the 48th Cleveland Marathon which will welcome runners back to The Land for race weekend, May 17-18, 2025. Special early bird pricing is available now for all events for a limited time. As northeast Ohio’s premier distance running event, race weekend features activities for all ages and skill levels, from the 5k and Kids Fun Run to the half and full marathons and Two-Day Challenge Series.

The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line either. All guests can enjoy the 26.3 Mile After Party presented by Fat Head’s Brewery and the Cleveland Marathon Health & Fitness Expo presented by University Hospitals for a chance to check out and purchase the latest gear and engage with vendors.
